Raclette lunch with Francii

Raclette cheese is a Swiss semi-firm cows-milk cheese which is most famously used to make a Franco-Swiss dish which also goes by the name “raclette.” Although this cheese originated in Switzerland, it is also made in France. Good raclette cheese is mild, creamy, and slightly nutty, and it is ideally suited for melting.

Francii has a special machine that melts the Raclette cheese and then we scraped it onto a special kind of potato that was pre-boiled.

It sounds wierd but it was actually very very tasty and I couldn't stop eating!! :)
