I wasn't overly motivated when walking in the 40 degrees Milan to the gym but I forced myself to at least pop by and do like a little warm up...
In the end I did
20 minutes free weights with a personal trainer pumping arms, shoulders, back and the abbs. Afterwards I run
2 km in 15 minutes. Even if it wasn't much I felt satisfied with myself leaving the gym and now I feel more motivated going back on Thursday.
