Core training


Core training is one of the most important things for me. To have a strong back and a fit stomach are two of my main purposes of training. It makes you walk and sit straighter, feel stronger, look better and it also gives you a better balance. Yoga and Pilates helps to build up the core in a good way for example.

Today Luisa and I went to the gym, went running as a warm upr and then we did 20 minutes abbs class plus 20 minutes own back exercises. To stretch out the core afterwards is also important.

Tomorrow I am off to the Liguria seaside with Francii, I will be back on Sunday.
