Got to Rinascente and could hardly get in as it was so full of people. The security guys are acting like traffic policemen trying to direct people around to try to avoid caos. But it is CAOS, people are stressing, kids screaming, some people are paniking, dogs barking.... Then on top of that I have my manager next to me stressing me to sell sell sell. Think I gonna go mental!
