The plan was to make a Christmas dinner with friends in my place next week before going to Sweden but now I got every single evening fully booked before I leave so the Thai dinner tonight ended up being my Christmas dinner :) Cooked both a Green chicken curry and a Red Thai curry and for desert we had the Pandoro and some other sweets Stefii brought. Yam yam!
