Three times a week is the recommended amount of days exercising. Not sure what it mean actually... For some people walking 30 minutes means exercising while I walk 25 minutes every morning just to get to work. For other people going running doesn't count as proper training but only the pumping at the gym does.
Well, I guess everyone need to find their own regularity in their training that makes them feel good.
I want to go to the gym three times a week. Preferably a good mix of training of dancing, yoga and body toning!
This week I managed to go training three times but I didn't manage to squeeze in the perfect mix, but I guess I have been good anyway.
