As one of my missions with my training is to get more flexible I have to try to do some pilates, yoga and power stretching courses. Today I went for an one hour pilates class! It was a bit harder for the muscles than I thought but for a stressed person like me it was far to slow, I just wanted to speed up every single exercise we did... But maybe it is good for me to attend pilates and yoga so I can learn to slow down a bit? Anyway, I have to say I felt very good when walking home. I have done hard training but my body did not feel as hard as the other days.
Now I have to get ready for the big evening at work!
