1 hour upper body with my PT

Today at the gym I did one hour exercises for the upper body with Christian my personal trainer. Hard training for the back, shoulders and arms. Afterwards I joined a 45 minutes bum, tum and leg course. I must say I have worked out well today! Now I will have two days of resting from the gym.

Just had a nice lunch containing fish, rice and sallad and now I have to get ready to go to work. The blogger. Kissandmakeup won't be there today either, sigh.
