Attack attack
body attack! That's was what I did this morning, a hard muscle training pumping every little single muscle in my body and walked out of there feeling like a gummy bear as my legs and arms were too tired and didn't function like they were supposed...
Now, two hours later and after a big chicken sallad lunch I start feeling a bit better. Now I have a long lists of things I need to do on my only day off... Tonight I'm off for a film premier.
