This week I have only been to the gym twice, Tuesday and today Thursday. But at least it has been 1,5 hour of very hard training each time so I feel satisfied anyway.
Today I did:
-
10 min cross warm up
- 20 min running
- 30 min Step course
- 30 min upper body course with heavy weights
- 10 min abbs
My arms are aching but now my body gonna have 3 more days of holiday from they gym:)
