Karin Alvtegen's fourth book Skam (=Shame) is a thrilling and shocking depiction of the human fear, very strict religious childhood, forbidden sexuality and the biggest shame of them all: never have been felt loved by anyone.It took me some time to finish this book... in the beginning I didn't really fancy going on but something made me continue and in the end I really liked it. It is quite sad and depressing but also very interesting.
