Todays quick workout


I found this picture online, quite good. Too bad I have neither time nor motivation for training in these days.... But today my evening plans got cancelled and I took the opportunity to pop by the gym.

My Pre workout:
Two peches
My cardio training:
20 minutes of running. Couldn't manage to do more, I was far too tired.
My strength training:
20 minutes core-class training abbs and back. On top of that I did som push ups.
My stretch always:
Of course I do stretching! I can skip pieces of this training program from time to time but rarely the stretching.
