I love rosé wine. For me the mix of warm summer evenings and rosé wine is just a perfect mix for a great evening. Too bad that rosé wine is very hard to find in Italy. It is just nice enough for the posh Italian wine drinkers so the only way to find it is to go to real wine bars with a big assortment of wines.
Tonight I was out with Gabriele at Enoteca di Milano, a new wine bar in Sempione. We shared a bottle of rosé and enjoyed the lovely perfect temperature evening at the terrace until late.
