Tonight I was supposed to just go to the gym and then go to sleep but Torri showed up from nowhere and brought me out for dinner. Luckily as I had absolutely nothing in my fridge to eat.
For my training diary I can say that today I only manage to run 25 minutes, I did ca 15 min of free upper body weights plus some sit-ups. Better than nothing!
