No pain no gain

I have been to the gym every day this week and I have done a good mix of courses like tone, step, yoga and body pumping. Today was the last day at the gym before my holiday and I went there very motivated and pushed myself extra hard. My arms were aching when I left the gym and I felt a bit sore but now after a nice fish and vegetables dinner I feel much better.

On Saturday I am off to Sweden for a nice 8 days holiday and except some yoga I won't exercise at all and I gonna let my body rest. When I am back I gonna push myself even harder :)

Now I gonna start to do the packing list and some other must do's before holiday.

  1. well done girligirl du e sa duktig jag forsoker hanga med i dina svangar men lyckas inte riktigt hihihi hur ofta tranar du?? 4 ganger i veckan sager de ar minimum och maxium sa jag kor pa det du? :o)

  2. Duktigt! Men tjejer ska inte ha sånna där muskler på armarna och heller inte på benen. Enbart riktiga magmuskler är snyggt på en vältränad kvinna. Tjejen på bilden har inga direkta attraktiva axlar och jag tror de flesta män kan hålla med mig om det.
