A day in relax

And so finally we got a nice, sunny and warm Saturday. We have had so many nice and sunny weeks but then when the weekends arrives it has been cloudy and rainy. This week we have got over 30 degrees every day but it doesn't really help me a lot as I am closed inside a air conditioned room. Last weekend when it was nice and all my friends went to the sea side I went to Stockholm that offered me rain and 13 degrees....

However today, finally a nice day off from work. Went to the pool close to my place with my flatmate Diana and Torri and stayed there the whole day. Niiiiiice!!

Midsummer night in...

I feel so boring. Today my friends and family up in Sweden celebrates midsummer up in Sweden and what do I do...? I have been closed inside a cold office the whole day while the sun was shining outside, after work I did not go for afterwork or anything, no instead I went to the gym as I had promised myself yesterday. I did not exercise for long but quite intensive. I dd 15 minutes on the cross machine followed by 30 minutes abbs class with the terror instructor Cristian. After the gym I had dinner with Diana but when she left for Just Cavalli I locked myself in my room and that's where I still sit doing more and less nothing...

Now at least I gonna have a fresh shower and then put on a movie.

Happy midsummer people! I hope yours is slightly better than mine... :)

Training with Mario

After four weeks of shirking from my Thursday gym classes (for different good reasons) I finally got back today. The instructor was furious (obviously joking) that I haven't been there for so long so he made us work extra hard. I had planned to do two classes in a raw but ended up doing only one. To punish myself for that I will try to forse myself to go to the gym again after work tomorrow even if Friday normally always is a gym free day for me...

Now I gonna talk to Cicci on skype to try go get somewhere with our holiday planning. It is now easy...

Sheraton Diana Majestic

Sheraton Diana Majestic is one of the most beautiful bars here in Milan. With it's massive garden, the fountain, it's exclusive cocktails and nice peopel it is hard to beat as the bar with the best atmosphere. Unfortunately the buffet is not as good as the rest so I can't put it on the top of the aperitivo places but as a normal bar it is one of the best. 

Tonight I went as an afterwork with Steppy and we ended up staying until just half an hour ago, so nice.

Pizza at Pomodorino Tortona

I wonder how many pictures I got on this blog of me and my boyfriend eating pizza? It must be over 50 at least :) We go maybe twice a month to eat pizza and every time I add similar pictures to the blog...

Today we went, with a voucher from Groupalia, to Pomodorino pizzeria in Tortona to enjoy their lovely pizzas. We have been there before so buying a coucher for 10 euro including two pizzas and two cokes was for us a good deal as we knew it would be good.

The only thing is that I don't really fancy eating pizza when it is as warm as it is right now here in Milan. Today the peak got up to 34 degrees while I was in the office and also the evenings had a temperature just under 30 degrees so not really ideal for pizza but it was ok anyway.

After dinner we went on with our holiday search but we have still not found our perfect holiday so we didn't book anything tonight either. Guess we gonna wait and get a last minute deal the week before...

Sweaty evening

Today I finally got back to the gym. It was a bit hard to go there instead of the park when the sun was shining and it was 30 degrees when walking out of the office but in the end I did.

Worked hard though the body toning class followed by my lovely dancing class where we practiced turns and pirouettes today...

After the gym I rushed home and had dinner while watching Italy beat Ireland together with Luisa and Steppy. It was a bit stressful but in the end we won and now we're safe though to the next round. Yeeeaay!!

 I can´t visit Stockholm without a pit shop at Lemon bar.... So yesteday after the dinner with my parents I met up Erika, her boyfriend Jens, Cicci and Laura for a cocktails and some turns at the dance floor. I was a bit surprised that alreay before midnight people were terribly drunk; through up in the corners, felt in the stairs and spilled their drinks everywhere... But we had fun anyway! :)

This is Stockholm at 00.30 in the night. It won´t get darker than this. It is amazing, so cool, beautiful, very nice when you are walking home from clubs but also so anoying when you will try to sleep....

Fotografiska – A forum for photography

My dad, myself and my mum at the Fotogragiska museum

16th of June and it feels like 16 of November. 14 degrees and rain showers. With gloves, scarf and heavy shoes on I left my hourse thinking of taking the boat with my parents to see some nice Swedish nature but I immediately felt it was far too cold for that so instead we went to the contemporart photography museum and saw an exibition of sports photos. Such amazing photos pictoring amazing moments. I so much liked it.

Tonight we were supposed to go to my favourite thai restaurant but instead I am in bed with terrible headache so my parents just left to bring home some take away thai food we will eat together at home. I hope the food will make me feel better as tonight I am going out with my friends...
