I miss dancing :(

~ Michael Jackson ~ Hollywood Tonight ~

I just got a kick of missing Dance works, my lovely dance school in London. I loved going there so so so much!! The dance classes I miss most are the hiphop and the bollywood plus the intense aerobics class with Hugo! Also the classes of classic ballet, the african dance, the jazz and the funk dance helped to give the best variety of dancing exercising which made the two years at dance work memorable for life.

Tonight after watching the new Michael Jackson video I miss dancing so much that it even hurts inside my heart. It was such a big part of my life, and even if going out dancing at the night clubs in here in Milan might fill a part of that empty space I still have a hole in my heart that misses the dancing :(

With those sad words and almost with tears in my eyes I now gonna take the pc with me to bed and watch the movie 'Step up 3D.'

A quite crap Sunday

What a crappy day! It's been raining heavily all day, and it doesn't looks like it's gonna stop for some time... I walked to work anyway, got there all wet and had to work with wet feet. Ish. Worked until 21.00 tonight and walked all the way back home again, and got home with wet feet again. I have decided to buy sushi on my way home but the place was full of people and they said I had to wait at least 45 minutes, no way, so no sushi. Wanted to watch a movie on SKY when coming home but there was not a single interesting movie on during the whole night. Decided that I gonna spend the night chatting to a friend online, then his internet dies. But common, is everything against me today?

The good part of this bad day has been working with sweetest Danii. We share so many good laughs during our working shifts together. I also had a good lunch with Veronica and a long and nice tea break with Daniella from Collistar. Important parts of the day to make it a quite good day anyway.

Saturday night at Il Sand and Palco

Yesteday Stefii and I decided it was time to try out a new place for aperitivo. I made a list few weeks ago with places to try and yesterday Stefii choose one of them, picked me up from work and went to search for the place. We went to 'Il Sand Cafe', a kind of organic bar with different kind of healthy cocktails and food. Etnic food did they call it, not sure what that's supposed to mean.... But it was very nice! The place is very close to where I live so I'm sure I'll go back!

After the dinner with Stefii, Torri picked me up and took me to Palco, a bar on the other side of the town where his friends orginized a custome party. As I'm a not a big fan of dressing up I didn't do it but the others had made a good effort :)

Now it's Sunday morning and I would do anything to be able to stay at home all day - also because it's raining like crazy but no no, I have to rush away to work. Sigh.

A night at Armani Privé

Believe it or not... after almost a year in Milan I still, until tonight, had not been to one of the most famous clubs in this city - Armani Privé. Everyone have almost been talking about it and how hard it is to get in if you don't have a table so I haven't even bothered to try.

Tonight, after lots of discussions if we should go out or not we decided in the last second to go out dancing and we ended up in Armani... An absolutely beautiful club, with the most beautiful people hanging around but the music was crap. I'm glad I went anyway. Now at least I've been to Armani Privé!! ;)

Time to sleep!

Sushi delivery

What used to be a weekly tradition in London have since I moved to Italy just been a weak wish - to order sushi delivery... But tonight finally 4 lazy people, Me, Torri, my flatmate Luisa and her boyfriend, decided that we didn't wanna cook so we ordered home sushi and had a lovely sushi dinner at home. Yam yam!

Lunch @ La Colonna

There are no place on earth having as amazing food as Italy. Now I just got out from Trattoria La Colonna where I had lunch with Marta and two of her colleagues. I ate a delicious plate of 'Corde di chitarra al ragu di pesce' (Some kind of spagetti with fresh fish souce). So yammi!

Now I'm having a walk in the sun and soon I'm off to the sunbed.

Public transport strike

Just got the lovely news that there hardly are any busses or trams around Milan today and that the metro is closed. This means I now have to walk all the way to parco sampione for lunch with Marta, then I have to walk to Duomo to go to the sunbed and then waaaalk all the way down to Bocconi in south Milan and then back home again. Sigh! But I got the day off so at least I have the time...

A night in

Tonight I decided to go straight home after work. I bought some fresh fruit, turned on some candles and ordered an English movie on SKY - Jennifer's body - A movie with Megan Fox and Amanda Sayfried, two actresses I really like. The movie was wierd though, and a bit scary, but I was happy watching a movie in Engllsh for once.

Now I think I gonna watch some 'Gossip girls' before going to bed, otherwise I won't be able to sleep after that scary film....
