This is how the Italian girls diet...

Most Italian girls I know are constantly on a diet and they hardly eat anything. But then on their coffee breaks they find themselves a good reason why they can eat a piece of cake and loudly explains it to the others, then they happily eat whatever :P

Many times they don't buy their cakes for themselves, they get it from a colleague. Then they can't help if someone is buying it for them so then they just have to eat it.... :) Other ok reasons for them to eat cake is if they have their period, if they have fighted with their boyfriends, if the weather is bad, if a customer have said and done something bad, if they got pain in their back/legs/neck/feet, if they have to work late etc etc. Isn't it great to be a girl? Haha.

I am not a big cake fan but today I had a half cheesecake too :) Just beacuse I'm mega angry with someone....

Sanctum 3D

Tonight we went to see the movie Sanctum. It is 3D action-thriller that follows a team of underwater cave divers on a treacherous expedition to the largest, most beautiful and least accessible cave system on Earth. When a tropical storm forces them deep into the caverns, they must fight raging water, deadly terrain and creeping panic as they search for an unknown escape route to the sea...

Even if I've seen all the critics about this movie I must say I liked it. The story was good (built on a true story) and the 3D filming was beautiful!

An evening in Assago

An evening of shopping, food and cinema. Took the underground to Assago and met up Torri at Milano Fiori shopping centre. We walked around looking in the shops and I finally bought myself a new hair straightener. Had dinner at Panino Giusto before we head of to the cinema.

Annoying start of the day

Every morning when I wake up I start the day by turning off the alarm on my phone and then immediately check text messages and e-mails recieved during the night/morning. All comments posted on this blog are send to me as e-mails so I see them as well...

That's why I this morning got very fed up when the first this I have to read are a bunch of rude e-mails and comments against me just because of a stupid football game. I support AS Roma but that doesn't mean I can't put on a Milan scarf if I go to the stadium with my Milan fan friends or an Inter scarf when watching the Champions league final on piazza duomo....

Thanks for making me start of the day in a very bad way. Now I'm off for lunch with Erik, lets hope he can cheer me up!

It was such a fantastic experience to go to San Siro and watch two of the top teams play tonight. San Siro was one of the most amazing football arenas I have ever seen and I must say that the atmosphere on the Serie A games is much better than the premier league games I saw in London. It wasn't even that cold as I thought it would be. No, absolutely great night!

I really hope to go back to San Siro soon!!
