Strange feeling

Such wierd feeling to fly home from an holiday in Italy and getting of the airplane being... again in Italy. Wonderful! I'm so happy that I took the decision to move to Italy. There is no place in the world I would rather be... but there are some problems, I'll write about that another time :)

Italian security

For the second time this week I'm through an airport security with both a 120ml face wash (max should be 100ml?), a razor and a pincett. Don't know if I should be happy still having my things or scared getting onto an airplane....???

Better not to think about it! Now I gonna eat the yammi rossetta sandwishes with nice ham that my lovely dad made for me!

Walking around Rome's little streets by myself singing Venditti songs. Love it here!

Had a great day at the seaside today. Didn't want to go back to town. So long ago I was on a real coast and today I realise how wonderful it is! Must go again soon again.

Tonight I first went for dinner at our friends place. We ate lovely food and saw the really good football game. While yesterday I almost felt asleep watching the game tonight I really enjoyed it. Well done Spain, but now I support Holland!

Afterwards I've been out for hours drinking and walking around with Massimiliano. Another wake up call, Rome by night is amazing!! I love it! Now I will head towards home :)

Spent the morning with my dad in the new mordern art museum of Rome, Maxxi. Very strange place if you ask me...Gigantic but almost empty.

First day in Rome

Now I'm in the car on my way home. Have been out walking in the beautiful "lungo tevere" area with my dad.

This afternoon I went for aperitivo with Eleonora and then we walked around in the stores in via del corso for a while. Had dinner at my grand mother's before going out.

It's been a long day and I'm really tired. Hope to be able to sleep tonight as I've slept very bad the last days thanks to the heat in Milan.

In Rome

Took ages to get here, 6 hours door to door, but now I'm finally here. Sitting on my grand mothers balcony relaxing after lunch. Soon I'm heading into town to see Eleonora that I haven't seen since 1.5 year, can't wait.

Holiday!!

Weeee, I'm on vacation. It's only for four days but I am so happy anyway! And today was a great day at work as well, we sold lots so I'm double glad.

Instead of having one long holiday my manager decided to give me 4 days now, then 4 days the third week of July + 4-5 days the third week of August. It's a bit annoying but better than nothing. Hope to be able to go to the seaside on the next little holiday I have!

Now I gonna do some packing, then get ready to go out and celebrate my holiday.... with my Stefi and... my colleagues, haha. Just Cavalli with the Rinascente prive', lovely... ;)

Tomorrow Roooome!! I'm so happy!

Here we go again

Out power walking on my way to work, again... Last day before my small holiday and I actually start feeling overly tired. I have worked a lot the last weeks, I sleep bad in the nighs thanks to the heatand I'm out almost every evening. Hope to be able to rest a bit down in Rome!

Anyway, Sunday mornings are nice! The streets are empty, the air is fresh - 29 degrees at 8.30am in the morning...
