Skumtimmen - Johan Theorin

I remember reading Nattfåk by Johan Theorin some years ago and I really liked it. This book 'Skumtimmen' wasn't as good. I can just say it took me two moths to read the first half of the book, and then two days for the other half. Very strange book, but something got me not to skip reading it and actually finish it...

Salty candy and a movie

How can you get so tired when you just lay down in the sun all day...? I'm dead anyway so I just decided to get undressed, stay home and spend the night watching the movie Eclipse on Sky and eat salt & blandat :)

Down the river with friends

I have having aperitivos down the Navigli (the river). There are so many nice bars, almost everyone with nice terraces, lovely buffets and exotic fruit cocktails. Tonight I went to Slice Cafe with Merve, Stefii and Alessio. Slice Cafe is one of the most popular bars at the Navigli, the place is trendy and big. The buffet is varied and the cocktails are nice and fresh.

After the aperitivo we went for a walk and to take some pics with my new cheap camera. We can see that it's a cheap camera but I'm glad to have one anyway. Can't live without one!

Free Monday

I love having Monday's off and as I'm normally always work on Mondays I feel extra happy when I do get a Monday free. Today I'm off and my plan was to stay in all day doing nothing, but I'm already restless so I gonna go out for a while. Might check out the sales on the shopping strees Corso Buenos Aires or go for a walk around the china town here in Milan.

Now I'm having lunch and then I'm off for my long walk. I need to buy two things; a battery for my old Nokia phone and a memory card for my new camera, nothing else.... Will I manage...?

Uncle Sushi Milano

Thanks to the sale la Rinascente is now having "extreme" opening hours; 09-22 everyday for a two weeks period. Yesterday I was at work already at 08.30 and I felt like a zombie but slowly slowly I woke up and the day went well and also very quick. A good thing with starting early is that the day pass much quicker.

After work I went to Assago where I met up Torri and together we choose a small and cheap photo camera for me so now I finally got one again. Just need to charge the battery and get a memory card for it before I can start using it. See picture below. Spent not even 500 SEK for it...

After the shopping tour we went for sushi dinner at Uncle Sushi down in Porta Romana. Yammi food.

First day of the sales

This morning the national sales started in Italy. All fancy brand had queues outside their store at least two hours before the store opened. Italians are shoppomanic and they go mad for the sales. As an employer at Rinascente I was able to look around the sales already a week before it started but I actually didn't find anything....

Now I'm off to work, it's gonna be a long and hard day!

Kaneda sushi Milano

Today I spent more and less whole day in the swimming pool with Louise. When I finally got home I felt asleep on my bed with a wet bikini on and when I then woke up I had to rush into the shower and get prepared before getting out for sushi dinner with my boyfriend. We went to Kaneda sushi in the Navigli area and afterwards we had a nice walk.

Now I'm off to bed as I'm almost already am sleeping...
