Pizza at Spontini

I'm back in Milan! The plan was to depart from Desenzano after dinner but as thunder storms and heavy rain arrived we left earlier and got back to Milan just in time for a dinner out.

We wanted to try a new place and decided to go to the original Spontini restaurant at Via Spontini. The place was very ugly but the queue to get in long as always and the pizza was delicious. Pizzeria Spontini is a classic place here in Milan and nowadays they have three restaurants around town but the one where we were tonight is the first one they opened in 1953.

Now I need to orginize all the pictures we're taken in Desenzano, around 2oo pictures with Stefii and I posing in different parts of the town.

At the golden beach in Desenzano

After an absolutely crazy night and just few hours of sleep we're already back down the lake, this time at the fabolous golden beach. A last day of relax before heading back to Milan...

In Desenzano!

No traffic on the streets so in 1,5hour we arrived to the hotel. We took a walk down town, had pizza for lunch and now we're relaxing on the beach. The weather is not the best but at least it's not raining.

And we're off...

Some days it's just much easier to jump up of the bed early. When the alarm rang at 07.30 this morning I just needed to snooze once before getting up. I can't wait to get away for a day with my sweet Stefii.

Not sure if I will blog from Decenzano but otherwise I'll have the pics posted tomorrow evening.

This is where we're going tomorrow

Four star hotel "Il Sogno" a Decenzano. Unfortunately the weather forecasts doesn't show any sun at all so I guess we will spend our little holiday eating good food, go out dancing, relaxing and spending some good time together.


Now I'm off to bed, Stefii is picking me up at 08.30 tomorrow morning...

Looking forward to a relaxing evening home alone

Just got back home from work. The day started of very slow at work but soon the clients started to come and I've been working hard all day and I also sold well to lots of tourists.

When I put my foot into my flat today I just felt relief. I really like my home and I don't manage to spend as much time at home as I would like to but tonight I have all evening for myself to just relax, fix with my things and pack for tomorrow. But first I need to take some time to catch up on some other blogs...

Not fair...

Just said good bye to my boyfriend who left for the seaside and I have to rush away to work. Thanks god they pay me almost double today and that tomorrow I'm off for my mini holiday with Stefii :))

A rainy Wednesday

I feels that I've done nothing today... I was supposed to go swimming in the morning, then food shopping before going to work. But as the rain was poring down when I woke up I didn't go out at all.

Instead I stayed in searching for options for Stefania's and mine weekend away. We wanted to go to Portofino or Alassio but I must have called more than 2o hotels and they were all fully booked. Instead we found a good offer for a nice hotel in Decenzano del Garda so on Friday we'll go there. Fingers crossed for good weather!

Now Torri is coming and we gonna watch a movie.

Another shame for Italy and it's football

Today I woke up with to the big news about match fixing cheating in the Italian football... Read about it here "In English" or "in Italiano".

For me the Italian football is the one and only in the world; it's the football I follow with my heart and my soul; it's the football I want to belive in and admire but now once again we've seen results of a country that doesn't really work like it should do. Neither politically or football vice. Italy doesn't develop like the other European countries as there are too many people doing all they can to cheat. A good example is that not even 40% of the inhabitants in Italy pay their taxes like they should.... We've seen cheating in the Italian football before and now once again we have to feel that shame, because is that is what I do, I feel so sad for what have happened and I also feel part of the shame...
