Carpaccio

First time I make carpaccio at home by my self. In the end it's easy, very thin raw meat slices with lemon, oil, salt and pepper served with fresh grana padano and some sallad. Gnam gnam.

Lets home I'm not getting sick of the raw meat ;-)
